Hi, I’m Kari
I’m a potter who’s endlessly inspired by the outdoors—especially plants, insects, and all the tiny details that often go unnoticed. I’ve been working with clay for over 10 years, and I strive to create pieces that bring a little bit of the wonder I feel for the natural world to the people who use them.
When I’m not in the studio, I’m usually gardening, crafting, or hanging out with my favorite trio: my dog, cat, and husband. I live with a chronic illness, so rest is a big part of my routine. I’m always dreaming up new projects and love working with my hands. Making things brings me joy, comfort, and a sense of connection, and I hope that comes through in every piece I create.
